James D. (Jaime) Jordan
Jaime concentrates his practice on providing legal counsel to colleges and universities across the south and southwest. He is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys and regularly addresses the International Association of Baptist Colleges and Universities on issues ranging from federal compliance to faculty employment and student disciplinary matters.
A graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Jaime is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas. He has been admitted to practice before various federal district and circuit courts as well as the United States Supreme Court. An interest in parliamentary procedure has led Jaime to serve as parliamentarian or to provide parliamentary counsel to several state and national non-profit organizations and for the organizational meeting of a national political party.
