J. Terry Price
Terry is a lifelong resident of Tennessee with forty-seven of those years living in Robertson County. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1992 and subsequently to the United States District Court for Middle Tennessee. Terry graduated from Middle Tennessee State University, received his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law, and his M.F.A. from the Spalding University School of Creative and Professional Writing. While at Nashville School of Law he received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the area of commercial transactions law and the West Publishing Company Award for outstanding scholastic achievement. Terry is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association and has been admitted to practice before federal district and circuit courts as well as the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to the firm’s concentration of its practice in areas of the law affecting colleges and universities, religious institutions, and other non-profit organizations, Terry assists individuals with their wills and estate documents and in the administration of estates.
